Xiaomi announced three new products at a launch event in China, unveiling its flagship smartphone series, an upgraded tablet, and an electric vehicle SU7 Ultra.
The company said the new Xiaomi 15 lineup is the first device to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite, a chipset with a “PC-level dual-core architecture.”
The Xiaomi 15 series adopts a quad-curve middle frame design with glass material, and the special edition of the handset includes a “rear glass panel” that reveals a textured ripple effect.
It is equipped with a 6.36 inch display.
Through a strategic partnership with Leica, the smartphone features three ultra-fast lenses and camera technology that enable “superior imaging capabilities.” Xiaomi complements the use of sensors and lenses with AI-powered imaging.
The Xiaomi 15 has a 5400mAH battery, while the Pro version has a 6100mAH battery.
Standard versions of this series are available in white, black, green and purple, with prices starting at 4,499 yuan ($630).
Pricing for the Pro version starts at RMB 4,699, while Custom Edition and Limited Edition are priced at RMB 4,999 and RMB 5,999, respectively.
The Xiaomi Pad 7 series is also available in the lineup, with pro and standard versions. Both the tablet and the Xiaomi 15 smartphone run on Xiaomi HyperOS 2. The tablet is available starting from CNY1,999.

The vendor also unveiled its latest EV flagship, the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra, touting the car as the “fastest 4-door mass-produced car.”
Compared to the previous three generations, this EV offers upgrades in “smart driving, smart cockpit, safety, and luxury experience.”
The SU7 Ultra was tested for a motorsport lap challenge on the Nürburgring Nordschleife and was awarded the title of the fastest four-door sedan, Xiaomi claimed. The SU7 Ultra is available for pre-order, with official rollout scheduled for March 2025.
The price is 814,900 yuan.
