Xiaomi has officially launched its latest flagship smartphone series with two models: Xiaomi 15 and Xiaomi 15 Pro. These are the world’s first smartphones powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip.

Xiaomi 15 comes with 20 back panel options and 2 frame options. Can be customized into 40 variations. The phone also comes in a Diamond edition with three additional color variants. Meanwhile, Xiaomi 15 Pro comes in four colors: Bright Silver, Rock Grey, White, and Spruce Green.
The base version of Xiaomi 15 and 15 Pro offers 12 GB RAM and 256 GB internal storage and can be configured up to 16 GB RAM and 1 TB storage.
Like its predecessor, the Xiaomi 15 is slightly smaller and features a 6.36-inch 1.5K resolution OLED screen with an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. Xiaomi 15 features a flat display with 1.38 mm thin bezels. Despite its compact form factor, it packs a 5,500mAh battery that supports 90W fast wired charging and 50W fast wireless charging.
Other highlights of the Xiaomi 15 include a 50 MP triple camera setup with Leica optics and a 32 MP selfie camera. This is the first smartphone to come with HyperOS 2.0, which is based on Android 15 OS.
Xiaomi 15 Pro is very similar to the basic version, but it is slightly larger with a 6.73-inch 2K resolution screen and a micro quad curved screen. The phone also has a much larger 6,100mAh battery with the same 90W wired and 50W wireless charging support.
The Xiaomi 15 Pro also has a 50 MP triple camera setup, while this version’s telephoto lens comes with a periscope zoom lens that supports 5x optical zoom. On Xiaomi 15 this is limited to 3x.
