Possibly ahead of the beta launch, a new One UI 7 leak reveals some of the features Samsung plans to bring to Galaxy devices with Android 15.

We already know much of what Samsung’s One UI 7 update will add, including split notifications, quick settings, and redesigned icons, but a new leak reveals Android headlines Several other features that will be added in the update have been revealed.

According to this latest report, Samsung is planning to introduce several new features, starting with the previously announced feature of Circle to Search to help with homework. This feature hasn’t been rolled out yet, but it looks like Samsung plans to include it in One UI 7. Similarly, Samsung’s own parental control tools have also been enhanced with this update, including the ability to track the location of children’s devices and features for kids. Submit a request to purchase a specific app.

Of course, there are other AI features as well.

One UI 7 apparently uses AI to add depth to photos through “live effects,” as well as new “Sketch to Image,” a feature launched on the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Flip 6 in One UI 6.1.1. Add styles. It looks like the “Energy Score” feature that works on Galaxy smartphones and Galaxy Watch will also be expanded with One UI 7.

Compared to other leaks, this latest leak doesn’t reveal much in terms of specific or exciting changes, but that may help temper expectations when the update finally arrives. I don’t know. From the looks of it, One UI 7 appears to be more focused on delivering visual refreshes than new features.

This latest report clearly shows Samsung’s new app icons with the update and also helps to point it out.

The same video, seen below, also shows off a new lock screen with a chip that displays in-progress activities, similar to Apple’s Live Activities and Google’s “ongoing notifications” efforts for Android 16. . Another recently leaked video showed off the lock screen update, but did not introduce this new feature. The same video also shows that split notifications and quick settings, which can also be seen in the Samsung clip below, will be optional.
