Do you have a lot of computers and devices that need power every day? The Plugable PS-10CC 10 Port USB-C Charger might be just what you’re looking for.

Handle your family’s entire collection of MacBooks, iPhones, iPads, and Apple Watches. Or you can charge all the phones you need at the office at once.

Plugable PS-10CC 10 Port USB-C Charger to the rescue

Bernie Thompson, CTO of Plugable, said: “We built a solution that lets you manage your devices without the hassle of using multiple chargers. to help create quality products and reduce e-waste in the process.”

If your collection of power strips and single-port chargers isn’t up to the task, the Plugable PS-10CC can charge 10 devices at once.

More suitable for multiple iPhones than MacBook

How much power it can output depends on the amount of power input. And it is controlled to some extent by the user. The charger does not come with a power supply to plug into the wall. Users must provide their own. The maximum value that PS-10CC can handle is 100W. One port can output up to 100W, but the total must be divided among the 10 ports.

Of course, this charger will adjust the power output of your devices to the right level, from power-hungry laptops to power-hungry smartwatches. If the demand for power is greater than the supply, which is not difficult up to 100W, users prioritize their devices by placing them on a 10-port charger. The closer the port is to the left side of the accessory, the higher the priority for available power.

All of this means that the Plugable PS-10CC consumes up to about 20W of power, making it suitable for combinations of iPhone-heavy devices. The batteries of 10 MacBooks, which can provide over 60W of power, are slowly refilled through this accessory.

You might think it would be even more of a problem if the cost of this product wasn’t more reasonable…but it is.

Pre-order on Kickstarter

The Plugable PS-10CC retails for $99, but those who wish to crowdfund their project can purchase it for 40% off. It launches on Kickstarter on Tuesday, and those who pre-order will receive a 10-port USB-C charger for $59 as an early bird bonus.

Place of purchase: kickstarter

There are always cost savings, but the downside of crowdfunding is that it requires patience. Plugable plans to ship the PS-10CC in January 2025.

Some people refuse to use Kickstarter because they’re worried that companies will take away their pre-order funds and disappear. However, Plugable is an American company that has been supplying Apple with PC accessories for many years. This includes the company’s recently launched portable displays with built-in USB-C hubs.
