Snapchat today announced that iPhone users can now instantly launch the app’s camera view from the iOS 18 lock screen, even if the device is locked. To set this up, update to the latest version of the Snapchat app, released today. Next, tap and hold the lock screen, tap the Customize button, tap the lock screen, tap the minus sign next to the flashlight or camera shortcut, and tap the plus sign that appears in its place. , Snapchat options shown in Control Center Gallery.
Snapchat’s update also includes support for camera controls on all iPhone 16 models, with that button giving you quick access to the app’s camera view.
