Now, a new report suggests that the company may adopt a similar design approach for the Galaxy S25 FE.
It’s only been a few days since the Galaxy S24 FE hit the market, but Samsung seems to have started work on its successor. According to The Elec (via neowin), the company is planning to launch the FE version of its next flagship Galaxy S25 series next year and is currently considering a new slim design for the device.
The report states that Samsung may launch the Galaxy S25 FE as a slim model and come with a 6.7-inch display. It is speculated that the device will feature a thinner battery with a larger surface area to achieve a slimmer form factor. However, it is too early to tell whether that will be the case.
Galaxy S25 FE is likely to arrive with a slimmer design as well as MediaTek Dimensity chipset. Tipster Junkanlosreve, who previously claimed that Samsung would deliver a base Galaxy S25 with a MediaTek chip, now says (via GSM Arena) It turns out that the Korean giant has changed its plans and plans to use the Dimensity chip in the Galaxy S25 FE instead.
The Galaxy S25 FE is still in the early stages of development, so we’ll take these rumors with a grain of salt. Samsung is likely to make further changes before the device hits the market late next year.
