But it turns out that all of the new AI features the iPhone is hoping to bring to the Pixel next year are ones that the Pixel already has. For example, the iPhone tells the Pixel that it wants the Pixel user to be able to talk live with Gemini. Or that Pixel’s AI will allow users to summarize unread emails. Another hope for the iPhone is that next year’s Pixel “will shine brightly with magical abilities like adding the person taking the photo to a group photo.”

The problem is pixel 9 and pixel 9 pro The series already has these features in place, including the ability to add photographers to group photos after the original photo has been processed. So iPhone asked Pixel what his Diwali wish was, and Pixel replied, “I already know. My best friend in the world.” Of course, that means the iPhone is the Pixel’s best friend. Google then wishes Diwali to everyone who celebrates this holiday.

This is the latest video in a series that uses stop-action animation to convey the friendship between Pixel and iPhone. These ads, known online as #BestPhonesForever, have developed a cult following. Just like this ad, both iPhone and Pixel fans enjoy these spots, even though the Pixel usually comes out on top when comparing features and specs to the iPhone.

Perhaps next year, Pixel will introduce a sexy new model of the iPhone with an ultra-slim body. At the same time, the series has not yet introduced a member of the Pixel family who reveals that he is not just a phone, but also a tablet.
