OPPO has announced a new cross-country warranty service aimed at improving user experience in different regions. The initiative will enable customers to avail warranty, repair and upgrade services at authorized OPPO service centers in India and Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. Starting October 31, users will be able to access free warranty service and system upgrades by visiting local authorized service centers in India and GCC countries including the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait. Smartphones covered by the cross-country warranty include OPPO F27 Pro+ 5G, OPPO Reno 12, OPPO Reno 12 Pro, OPPO A3, OPPO A3 Pro 5G, OPPO A3x. Users should note that repair services are available for a fee for devices that are out of warranty or not covered by this service. Damaged components such as the mainboard, screen, and battery can also be replaced at a price determined by your local service center.
System updates may result in data loss, so OPPO recommends backing up your data before upgrading your device. The warranty period for each device begins when the e-warranty card is activated. OPPO indicates that service-related charges are subject to the local policies of each service center.
