With less than two months left until it premieres on Disney Plus, more details about the upcoming series will be announced. skeleton crew It’s still sparse. The series follows a group of children who are thrown from their comfortable lives on an adventure across the galaxy, encountering pirates and other dangers as they travel aboard a mysterious spaceship.

Starwars.com has quietly added some new images to the series’ official gallery, showing the young cast in different scenarios for the adventure. So let’s take a look at the image and see what new information we can glean from it.

Official still from Star Wars: The Skeleton Crew shows Tunde Adebimpe staring at the stars.

Let’s start with the one we know the least about. In this still image, Tunde Adebimpe’s character can be seen looking up at the stars. Although his character does not yet have a name and does not appear in any official trailers, his character did appear in footage shown at Celebration. twisters Actors looking for children in places like law enforcement. My intuition then was that he was one of the parents, and this image of him looking up at the stars certainly mirrors the image of a father wondering where his child is in the galaxy. There’s a lot of greenery in the background, which is perfect for the kids’ home planet shown in the trailer. It is likely Chandrila, Mon Mothma’s home planet and possible capital of the New Republic.

Official still from Star Wars: The Skeleton Crew featuring Robert Timothy Smith (Neil), Ravi Cabot-Conyers (Wim), Killianna Krater (KB), and Ryan Keira Armstrong (Fern) It is drawn.

This image shows all the children. Can I just stop for a second and say that this is the first time I’ve noticed that Neil has hair!! For some reason, I hadn’t noticed it before in previous shots, but when I tilt my head down, it’s on the top of his head. It’s obvious that he has a lot of blue hair, similar to actor Robert Timothy Smith’s hairstyle. In this scene, we see the characters in a clearing where they’re like, “Okay, what do we do now?” It was like two girls were staring at Vim, who had his arms crossed. A discarded backpack on the floor suggests that they have been hiking through this forest for some time and perhaps got lost.

In this shot, Wim is seen with mud caked on his clothes and face, clearly having suffered a fall or some other misfortune. This appears to be a continuation of the previous scene, as there is the same forest debris on the ground as in the previous scene. In another image, she is also carrying a backpack that was on the floor. Perhaps the group has split up and Wim is lost and wondering where his friends are. I also want to mention Wim’s jacket since Neil is seen wearing the same one in the trailer. Perhaps this is their school uniform?

The final image shows Neil (hair again!) and Wim in what appears to be some kind of market on a more urban planet, or perhaps a spaceport like the one seen in the trailer. This could be a Mos Eisley moment, where the group is suddenly thrown into a dangerous world for which they are unprepared. It looks like the two are talking to someone, but Vim is definitely wary of whoever it is.

everything will be revealed someday Star Wars: Skeleton Crew It will premiere on Disney Plus on December 3rd. Until then, stay tuned to Star Wars News Net for the latest news and reveals.
