The NBA announced that the new features will be available in time for the new season, which starts on October 22nd.

The league also uses generative AI to localize content, offering game summaries in French, Portuguese, and Spanish, as well as translations of selected original programming and live games.

Popular experiences within the NBA app have been enhanced with increased personalization. This includes an all-new Follow tab that combines the latest content from your favorite teams and players into an algorithmic feed, as well as a revamped Game Story. Moments, the popular vertical social media style feed feature, has been upgraded to include multilingual support and is now accessible on Roku TV, allowing you to quickly watch content on a larger screen.
