Samsung Galaxy S25 leaks continue to trickle out, with what appears to be the full dimensions of all three phones in the series: the standard Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25 Plus, and Galaxy S25 Ultra.
This information comes from the usually reliable Yeux1122 (via @Jukanlosreve), who says that the standard Galaxy S25 measures 146.94 mm x 70.46 mm x 7.25 mm. In comparison, the Samsung Galaxy S24 measures 147 mm x 70.6 mm x 7.6 mm.
Then there’s the larger Galaxy S25 Plus, which measures in obviously at 158.44 mm x 75.79 mm x 7.35 mm. For comparison, the current Samsung Galaxy S24 Plus measures 158.5 mm x 75.9 mm x 7.7 mm.
Finally, there’s the biggest of them all, the Galaxy S25 Ultra. The device’s dimensions are said to be 162.82 mm x 77.65 mm x 8.25 mm, and these measurements are compared to the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra’s 162.3 mm x 79 mm x 8.6 mm.

As you can see from these comparisons, next year’s models won’t differ much in terms of size, but each model will be thinner than the Galaxy S24 model it replaces.
It’s also almost identical to the measurements mentioned in previous rumors, which makes these numbers even more likely to be correct. These phones are expected to be announced in January, a year after the Galaxy S24 series.
Just a few days ago, we came across a leaked image featuring dummy units of all three Galaxy S25 phones. This is another indicator that the shape and size will match the current model (although the bezels may be slightly thinner).
However, debate remains about the internals of the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25 Plus, and Galaxy S25 Ultra. Most rumors currently suggest that all of these will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 4.
