Apple uses different RAM in its pro iPads depending on storage capacity. For example, iPad Pro models with 1TB or more have 16 GB RAM, while iPad Pro models with 512 GB or less of storage have 8 GB RAM.
Meanwhile, other iPads in the lineup come with 8GB or less of RAM.
