Infinix has officially released its latest foldable smartphone ‘Zero Flip’ in India. With features such as a 50MP 4K camera system, 6.9-inch foldable AMOLED display, and 4720mAh battery, Zero Flip aims to appeal to a wide range of users, from technology enthusiasts to regular consumers. Priced at Rs 44,999, Zero Flip will be available for purchase from October 24th.

Smartphones offer a variety of advanced features aimed at improving both performance and user experience. The foldable display is a 6.9-inch LTPO AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, offering a responsive visual experience. The screen boasts a peak brightness of 1400 nits, providing plenty of visibility even in bright outdoor environments. The device features a 3.64-inch cover display, the largest in the segment, and also supports a 120Hz refresh rate and 1100 nits brightness. Both displays support 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, producing vibrant and accurate colors.

Zero Flip is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 on the external screen and Glass 7 on the battery cover for added durability. The hinge can withstand up to 400,000 bends and features multi-angle hovering from 30 degrees to 150 degrees, giving you flexibility in using your device.

camera system

The camera system includes a 50MP main camera and an ultra-wide-angle lens that can record 4K video at 30 FPS. The device has a 50MP camera on the front with the ability to record 4K at 60 FPS and comes with an LED flash for better low-light performance. The camera system also includes features like hover selfie, dual preview, time lapse, and AI Vlog mode. Both the front and rear cameras support 4K video recording with ProStable technology for increased stability.

performance and battery

Zero Flip is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 8020 processor with octa-core CPU and Arm Mali-G77 MC9 GPU, designed to provide efficient multitasking and performance. It comes with 512GB of internal storage and up to 16GB of expandable RAM. The device’s 4720mAh battery is the largest in its segment and supports 70W Super Charge technology for fast charging. The smartphone also has a reverse charging feature, allowing you to charge other devices.

Other features

The device includes advanced AI features like Folax, a Gemini-powered voice assistant, and AI-enhanced media creation tools like AI Eraser and Smart Image Search. The phone also supports a multi-function card system that allows you to quickly access commonly used features such as the camera without opening the device.

For more entertainment and functionality, the external screen supports apps like YouTube, WhatsApp, and Google Maps, and users can interact with dynamic 3D pets on the cover screen. JBL joint tuning improves sound quality, and the phone comes with MOL 2.1 Translation Master, which supports translation across various communication channels.

Running on the latest Android versions, Zero Flip is upgradable to Android 16 and comes with three years of security patch updates. The gadget will go on sale from October 24, 2024 at a price of Rs 44,999.
