Starting with iOS 11, Apple has hidden the names of apps in the Dock. But now you can see all your apps, widgets, and folders with the same minimal look, no matter where they are located.
How to hide app name on iPhone with iOS 18
- Make sure your iPhone is running iOS 18
- long press on blank space on the home screen
- Tap “Edit” in the upper left corner
- Select Customize
- now large tap
- Tap the screen to exit the customization menu
- that’s it!
