Many companies use logos and other branding to give their companies a visual identity and help them distinguish themselves from their customers. Apple is now making it easier for these companies to share their visual branding when doing business with iPhone users.
Apple on Wednesday announced updates to its Business Connect feature that will allow businesses to display their logos on emails, phone calls, and even Apple Pay purchases. The new service allows verified businesses to create and share their branding, location, and other information across Apple’s Phone, Email, Maps, and Wallet apps.

Business Connect, released in January 2023, already gives you control over the information about your business that appears in Apple Maps. In addition to making sure all details are correct, you can also add a photo or logo to your Maps profile, offer promotions, and allow people to order or reserve specific products.
A new feature takes that customization a step further by allowing you to personalize your daily calls and emails with your customers.
This new feature is available to virtual, online, and physical business owners. To verify this, sign in to Apple’s Business Connect page using your Apple account. Please enter the required information for your company and register for the service.

After registration, you can freely customize your brand using your logo image. Physical businesses can also manage their location details with the help of listing management companies like DAC Group, Rio SEO, SOCi, Uberall, and Yext.
Branded email options allow you to display your brand name and logo in emails to customers and in their Apple Maps profiles. Sign up for branded emails today and start seeing your logo in front of your customers later this year. If you accept payments through Apple Pay, you can choose to display your own logo instead of the generic category icon. The logo appears when a customer enables the Tap to Pay option on their iPhone.
Starting next year, you will be able to register for a Business Caller ID. This means that when you contact a customer, your company name, logo, and department will appear on the call screen. The purpose is to separate business calls from spam calls and increase the likelihood that your contacts will respond.
And do you think AI can solve all your business problems? Apple’s new study shows otherwise
“Every business, even those without a physical location, can create a brand that appears across the Apple apps that more than a billion people use every day,” said David Dorn, Apple’s senior director of internet. We’re excited to be able to offer this feature.” Software and service products are described in the news release. “We designed Business Connect to help businesses present the best and most accurate information to Apple users.”
