The second day of October’s Prime Day is almost upon us, and some great deals are selling out. However, there are still great offers for Android tablets. This includes the base model Samsung’s low-cost tablet Galaxy Tab A9+ with expandable 64 GB storage, which drops to $151, just $2 off its all-time low. It went down to
The deal covers both the graphite and silver colorways of the Galaxy Tab A9+, which is a 31 percent ($168) discount off the regular price of $219.
Who is Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ suitable for?
Samsung designed the Galaxy Tab A9+ for students and general users, and at its current price, it’s good value for money. The Plus model here specifically features an 11-inch LCD touchscreen with a resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels. It’s not as bright as the more expensive Galaxy Tab S9 FE (review), but it’s more than adequate for media consumption and web browsing.
It has a modern look on the outside, with flat sides, a thin chassis, and a clean back panel with an 8 MP camera. The 5 MP snapper on the front can record Full HD video like the main one. This tablet also features loud audio with quad stereo speakers.
Samsung’s Galaxy Tab A9+ runs on Qualcomm’s mid-range Snapdragon 695 chipset. This setup offers plenty of oomph for its size, handling app switching with ease while also supporting graphics-intensive games. The tablet’s battery life is amazing, lasting a full day with mixed use.
The Galaxy Tab A9+ will receive four years of software support from launch and three major Android OS upgrades from Samsung. These numbers are on par with many Android tablets, and are already good considering the price of the device.
