On your iPhone running iOS 18, open the Fitness app. it takes you to summary You will be prompted to edit at the bottom of the page. If you don’t see this prompt, summary Icon at the bottom of the page. When you’re ready to add a new card, click . Edit summarythe cards on the page begin to shake.

You can also remove unwanted cards from the fitness app overview page on your iPhone. This allows you to clear out the clutter and focus on the data you actually need. To do this, scroll to the bottom of the Overview page and click Edit summary. When the card is shaking, – To remove a card, press the button in the top left corner of the card. This allows you to remove irrelevant statistics.

The final step in customizing your iPhone’s fitness app overview page is to change the order of the cards to prioritize important stats. Note that the top Activity Ring card cannot be moved or deleted, but all other cards can be moved or deleted.
