Customize your iPhone fitness summary to match your workouts

With iOS 18, you can finally customize your fitness app overview to your liking. Previously, when you opened the app, you would see a summary of workouts that Apple wanted to highlight, even if you weren’t using them. Now you can add the workouts, metrics, and cards that actually interest you and remove the ones that don’t. This is great news because fitness is a deeply personal journey and new features allow you to focus on only the goals that are important to you.

You can also remove unwanted cards from the fitness app overview page on your iPhone. This allows you to clear out the clutter and focus on the data you actually need. To do this, scroll to the bottom of the Overview page and click Edit summary. When the card is shaking, – To remove a card, press the button in the top left corner of the card. This allows you to remove irrelevant statistics.

The final step in customizing your iPhone’s fitness app overview page is to change the order of the cards to prioritize important stats. Note that the top Activity Ring card cannot be moved or deleted, but all other cards can be moved or deleted.
