The 11-inch model of Apple’s latest iPad Air features landscape speakers with spatial audio for an immersive listening experience, while the 13-inch model offers additional bass to enhance the impact of the audio. These tablets may be rocking a slightly older M2 chip, but they still promise to pack a punch. The baseline 11-inch model with 128 GB of storage is available for just $599, but you can also upgrade to the 256 GB model for an additional $100. 512GB and 1TB models are also available for $899 and $1,099, respectively.
The iPad Air isn’t the only new option in town. If you’re looking for an Apple tablet that’s a little more cutting-edge and rugged, the latest iPad Pro might be right up your alley. These new Pro models promise to be impressive, with upgraded FaceTime camera placement and a thinner redesign for a more portable device. If you choose Pro over the Air, you could pass right through the M3 chip, as Apple is packing the latest iPad Pro with a powerful M4 chip, giving it the ability to handle the latest Ultra Retina XDR OLED display. Best pre-order deals for iPad Air
You can now order new iPad Air models directly from Apple, starting at $599. There’s no direct discount on the latest iPad Air yet, but if you’re willing to part with your old iPad, you can earn up to $580 in trade-in credits toward your new device. If you pre-order with Apple Card, you’ll save even more with up to 3% cash back on your purchase.
Best Buy doesn’t currently offer direct discounts on iPad Air models, but My Best Buy Plus members can save $30 and receive freebies with orders. New and continuing subscribers can get three months free of Apple TV Plus and Apple Music, four months free of Apple Arcade, and one month free MLS Season Pass. It also includes three months of free Apple Fitness Plus, but this offer is limited to new subscribers only.
If you want to get rid of your previous model iPad, Best Buy also offers up to $310 in trade-in credits on eligible devices. My Best Buy Plus members also receive a $30 discount.
Walmart is currently offering a small $35 discount on select configurations of the new iPad Air, but it’s better than nothing. Further declines are possible in the coming weeks.
Target is offering all four colors of the new iPad Air models, but there are no direct discounts available at this time. Eligible RedCard holders receive 5% off this purchase. This is nothing to sneeze at and with free shipping, you can save even more.
You can currently get $30 off the iPad Air through B&H, but there’s another way to save. If you use your B&H Payboo credit card for your purchase, you will receive a cash refund for your tax. Depending on where you live, there can be quite a few changes.
Amazon is currently offering a direct discount on the new M2 iPad Air, with $50 off depending on the color you choose.
Currently, Verizon will give you up to $180 back when you trade in your old device, but if you buy a new 5G iPhone, you also have the option to save $280 through bill credits.
AT&T doesn’t currently offer any discounts, but they often include sales where you can save about $100 when purchased with another product. These sales can come back at any time.
