Apple’s upcoming presentation later this month will showcase its Mac lineup. Following the iPhone-focused “It’s Glowtime” show, some Mac knowledge is expected to come, starting with Apple Silicon’s new M4 chip. Here’s what to expect and the products:
MacBook Pro M4
One of the most anticipated announcements is the improved MacBook Pro, and we’re already hearing early whispers of it in the rumor world. The new design is believed to have almost fewer variations in design than the modern versions, the 14-inch and 16-inch. We offer M4, M4 Pro, and M4 Max chips as products. Word says the new base model will have 16 GB of RAM, which should better address criticism of the previous model, which only had 8 GB. Perhaps the expansion could include more Thunderbolt USB-C ports for better connectivity.
mac mini m4
The Mac mini was one of the first computers to be adapted to Apple silicon, but the device is also on its way to being upgraded. Rumor has it that it will be more sophisticated and may no longer include the old USB-A port, leaping decades into the future of computing design. The latest Mac mini is expected to be equipped with the M4 and M4 Pro chips, and will likely be the cheapest model of the new generation of Macs. Similar to the MacBook Pro, it is expected to come with 16 GB of RAM, which will be more appreciated by users.
iMac M4
Fans of Apple computers will be equally pleased to know that the iMac will also feature an M4 chip with increased SD RAM. While the Mini has a strong push for new giant disks, the Mrs is primarily targeted at people who enjoy switching back and forth and want to design their entire system. iMac accessories continue to be available in color options other than silver.
Equipped with iPad mini A18
In addition to the Mac, Apple may also announce a new iPad mini. The new model is expected to be powered by an A18 processor with 8GB of memory, similar to the iPhone 16, which incorporates all of Apple’s new smart features. The smallest memory option could jump from 64GB to 128GB, and the iPad mini will likely support the new Apple Pencil Pro.
