The Quick Share app on Windows has received a new update that fixes a ton of bugs, but doesn’t add anything new.
Following another update earlier this month, Google has just started rolling out Quick Share v1.0.2002.2 on Windows. This update appears to be primarily a bug fix update, with no new features or major changes.
Notable bugs addressed include a crash issue with files containing certain non-ASCII characters, an issue where settings were not saved when the app was closed, and a patch for an issue where the app crashed when using Bluetooth. Contains.

Notably, Google hasn’t yet updated its Quick Share app to support Windows on Arm, so the app won’t work properly on laptops using Qualcomm’s Snapdragon X chips.
