Attaching a Bluetooth tracker to your important items makes it easier to keep an eye on what’s important to you. If you own a Samsung Galaxy device, you might want to consider the Samsung Galaxy SmartTag2, especially since you can get a 4-pack at a discounted price. The bundle is now down to $64 on Amazon. That’s $36 off the list price.

This pack’s price isn’t a record low. It dropped to $60 during Labor Day. Still, it’s a good deal among our picks for the best Bluetooth trackers designed for use with Samsung devices.

The tracker has a rectangular shape with a metal ring at one end. This is said to make it more durable than the first-generation SmartTag and allows the tracker to be easily attached to things like a set of keys. Apple AirTag owners, on the other hand, may need to purchase a case to attach the tracker to their prized possessions. There is a silicone case you can purchase to further protect your SmartTag2, but the tracker is already IP67 certified for dust and water resistance.

Samsung says the SmartTag2 can operate on a CR2032 watch battery for up to 500 days in normal mode and up to 700 days in power save mode. A compass view showing the tag’s direction and distance from your phone can help you track items you’ve left behind nearby. In Lost Mode, anyone can tap your NFC-enabled phone into your tracker to scan it and see your contact details, but only if you choose to share the information. You can also include a personal message if you wish.

One big drawback of SmartTag2 is that it only works with Samsung phones and tablets running Android 8.0 or higher. Other trackers can connect to a broader network of Apple and Android devices, perhaps making it easier to identify lost items to which they are connected.
