The Samsung Galaxy S25 series is widely expected to launch sometime in January, and now a dummy unit has been leaked to compare the size and dimensions of all three expected S25 models.
These dummy unit images are courtesy of famous tipsters @xleaks7 and Mokesciu Skaiciuokle. The same tipster previously showed off dummy units of the standard Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25 Ultra, but we have yet to see the Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus. Or previously we had all three models together.
Dummy units are based on schematics provided to third-party accessory manufacturers, allowing them to be pre-prepared for various products such as phone cases. They usually give you a pretty good idea about the design and dimensions of the upcoming phone.
As for the Galaxy S25 series, it doesn’t look like we’ll get much variation from the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24 Plus, and Galaxy S24 Ultra, but there are some subtle tweaks like: A change in the design of the rear camera ring has been rumored for some time.

We also have a video from the same source that exclusively shows the Galaxy S25 Plus unit from all angles. By the way, the circle on the back will not appear on the finished phone. It’s just there as an indicator of where the wireless charging coil is.
The dimensions of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus have also been leaked: 158.44 mm x 75.79 mm x 7.35 mm. So it’s actually not that much, but it’s slightly thinner, slightly shorter, and slightly narrower than the current model.
The biggest design change is likely to be seen on the Galaxy S25 Ultra model, which is rumored to have more rounded corners to better blend in with the other two phones in the series. By tweaking the frame, it should become easier to hold.
Under the hood, these phones will of course have upgraded processors and possibly – but not certain – RAM as well. However, from what we’ve heard so far, don’t expect any major upgrades in terms of camera setup.
