If you’re having trouble trying to access App Store Connect or Apple Podcasts Connect, you’re not alone. Apple has confirmed that both platforms are experiencing an outage that may cause users to lose access.
Some Apple services are currently down
The news was confirmed by Apple through its System Status web page, which indicates when online services will go down. The company said the outage began around 3 p.m. Pacific time and is ongoing. In addition to App Store Connect and Apple Podcasts Connect, platforms like Apple Business Manager and AppleCare are also down.
“We are investigating and will update the situation as more information becomes available,” the company said in a memo. Services related to these platforms, such as App Store Connect and TestFlight API, are also affected.
Details about the cause of today’s outage are unclear, and Apple has not provided an estimate of when the affected services will be back online. We will update this article once the issue is resolved.
