Google is actively improving its “Switch to Android” app, which helps users switch from iOS to Android. Last month we reported that the app would be renamed, and now it looks like a new logo is also in the works.

A hint about the new “Android Switch” name was found in an earlier version of the data transfer tool. Now, with the latest update to the tool, Google has introduced a new icon for the app along with a new name, further enhancing the rebrand. In addition to name and logo changes, the updated Android Switch app will introduce new features specifically designed to simplify data migration for users upgrading from iOS 18 devices. These features, along with the new branding, have not yet been officially rolled out, but will be available to users soon.
