How to choose a tablet on Prime Day
A few years ago it was very easy to choose a tablet as there were only a few brands making tablets, but now all the major mobile phone manufacturers offer tablets in some form. , some laptop and retail brands also offer tablet versions. However, in the end, the main choice is what kind of OS and operating system you have, and the real main choice is Android and iOS. Some brands have their own versions of Android, such as a more paired version for Amazon’s Fire tablets, so be sure to check the OS’s capabilities before taking the plunge.
Additionally, you should also consider how you will use it and whether you actually need something powerful. For most people who want general day-to-day use, a tablet in the $100 to $300 price range is sufficient. More RAM is better, but at least 2-3 GB is sufficient. It should be fine. On the other hand, if you want to use a tablet for creative work such as graphic design, you’ll need something more high-end, such as Apple’s iPad Pro, one of the best iPads. Samsung also has some high-end products in its Galaxy Tab S9 lineup.
Also note that some tablets do not have expandable storage. You get what you buy, so make sure you have the right amount of storage you need.
